Inbound Customer Service Agents – Spanish Language

The ideal candidate will possess:
High School Diploma and/or University Degree;
Previous experience as a telephone operator;
Fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level, preferably native speaker);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
In addition, the following are especially important:
Excellent communication skills;
Strong problem-solving abilities.
